30-day return window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Defects & damage

If your mat arrives damaged or with a print defect, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll ship a free replacement — no returns required.

How to return

1. Email support@tradersmat.com with your order number
2. We'll send return instructions and a prepaid label (UK only)
3. Refund is processed within 3 working days of receipt
